Palacio Tropical is an oceanfront estate nestled amidst the lush rainforest of Costa Rica's most exquisite beachfront community. Spanning over 10,500 heated/air-conditioned square feet, this villa boasts seven (7) master bedrooms, all master bedrooms have ocean views, and some have balconies, two (2) living areas, and a media room. In addition to a capacious dining room with a 14-person table and a chef's kitchen, this villa exudes spaciousness and elegance both indoors and out. The exterior features include a captivating entryway with a waterfall and a teak bridge, multiple decks (all with ocean views), a beachfront pool with a separate children's pool, an outdoor bar, a covered veranda with an 18-person table, outdoor showers, and direct access to a private two-mile beach.

Throughout your stay, indulge in the services of housekeeping and a private driver, offering transfers to and from the Tambor and/or Cobano regional airports. A private chef can be arranged as an additional service*—please note that this is not included unless the property qualifies as a high-end rental with white glove service.* Alongside a daily assortment of fresh tropical fruit, your refreshment needs will be met. Spend your days basking by the pool, relishing the water features, or enjoying the private beach; the pool deck boasts an abundance of oversized loungers for everyone's relaxation. The living room welcomes you with inviting leather sofas and armchairs set against a backdrop of wrought-iron chandeliers, a spiral staircase, and terracotta floors. The dining room, adorned with a brick ceiling and upholstered chairs, serves as a splendid setting for formal family dinners, while the island seating in the gourmet kitchen is perfect for breakfast or snacks.

Nestled within a private community along the beachfront, the villa is only a 2-minute stroll from the Tango Mar resort, tennis courts, a golf course, exercise facilities, a restaurant, and a grocery store. The Barcelo casino and resort lie 7 miles away from Palacio Tropical, and the towns of Tambor and Cobano, along with their airports, are both a mere 10-minute drive, situated to the north and south respectively. A transfer from the Tambor or Cobano airports is included in your stay. Arrangements for transfers to or from the San Jose or Liberia airports can be made at an additional cost.
